Orders & Payment

Placing an order through our checkout creates an order record on our end, which we confirm manually. We currently accept Manual Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD) — there is no automated online payment processing on this site. Orders are marked as pending until payment is confirmed (bank transfer) or delivery is completed (COD).

Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown in your cart at the time you place your order.

Shipping

Frozen and medicated items ship within the country only, using cold-chain packaging where relevant. Dry goods and hardware may ship more broadly — see our FAQ for current details. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

Tanks, filters, and accessories can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Live and frozen feed are non-returnable for safety reasons. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return.

Product Information

We do our best to keep product descriptions, images, and stock levels accurate, but we don’t guarantee that every detail is error-free at all times.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products purchased through this site. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
